Amazon AWS: Elastic Beanstalk now supports Python

Amazon Web Services recently announced that support for Python is available. Support for Java, PHP and .NET was already available.

Elastic Beanstalk comes with support for Amazon RDS. It will allow you to quickly deploy your Django (or other Python framework that use WSGI) based apps using MySQL quickly, taking care of scaling and availability issues.

Now using the “eb” command line tool and “git”, one can get Heroku like productivity to develop, test and deploy your PHP, Java, .NET and now Python apps. Go AWS!
